The service team at Baxter Volkswagen of La Vista is, to say the least, fantastic. I worked with Gavin to get my 2025 Taos in for service, and he made sure I was kept up to date every step of the way. He let me know that my car had a bad headlight, but reassured me that it would be covered under warranty. He also explained that it might take some time for the new headlight to come in, but as soon as it arrived, he got me scheduled right away. They had it fixed in no time. As a side note, they also have a great waiting area with a large snack and drink selection, and they were super accommodating to my dog, which I really appreciated. I truly appreciate the clear communication and excellent customer service. I highly recommend their service team!
