Rick was wonderful and sent me several videos looked at every aspect and was never pushy like other dealers! He was very honest and when he saw something while taking pictures for me, he immediately let me know and ordered a new part and fixed before shipping to me Everything is as described Please know that you can trust Rick and Clint. Your typical high pressure car dealer. We ended up getting a VW that I tried to walk away from several times, mainly because of price and the fact it needed tires for safe driving. It also had been in accident and needed repair on rear quarter. When we went to get tires it was discovered it needed complete brake job also. I wanted another opinion and took it to VW dealer who also said it needed complete brake service (Rotors were bad, 50% on front and 5% on rear pads). Autoamerica agreed at time of sale to take care of body damage and do inspection. We set up day a week ahead to get this done and drove a second vehicle there so we could leave it. They didn't get it done! Warning to every one getting car here, get your own inspection done at honest repair shop. The worthless mechanics this place takes their cars too claimed brakes on our car had 70% wear left. Brake warning light is now on. Will

Over the past 5+ years, I have taken in my Mercedes, a BMW SUV, and my Volkswagen Jetta in to Cordel. I have had nothing but excellent service with very fair prices. More than once, if a problem was identified, I would ask if it needed to be repaired right now and was often told it's just something to keep our eye on. I have never been encouraged to repair something when it wasn't broken. I also like it is a family owned business with 60 years in Omaha!

They helped us find a used vehicle that fit with our price range, was great quality, and they took care of every concern we had. They even let our daughter play with a balloon to help her get through the long car-buying process. It was personal touches like that that ultimately made us decide to buy from them.

What a great experience at Luxe Auto with Ben and Harvey. Completely hassle free and no high pressure sales process. I arrived to Luxe the vehicle was ready for a test drive! I drove it for 15 mins provided all the information about the condition and I felt 1000% confident. The paperwork process took little longer due to the bank delay response but other than that all was done for less than an hour. I defintely recommend Luxe Auto for all your vehicle purchases.

Purchased a car at carpenter. After getting it home realized it started hard and the next day had a traction light on. Contacted dealer and told them I was going to have it checked. Took it in and found out it needed 1800 dollars in repairs. Contacted dealer again and asked if they would do anything about it. They said to take it where they take their cars for repair. The guys at this shop where rude and full of crap,said that it only needed 1000 dollars worth of work and they could not fix it there. Talked to the salesman again and told him you should not have to buy a used car that supposedly had all these checks done on it and have to put this kind of money in it to be right the next day. He said this kind of stuff happens all the time it happened to him once and that he offered to sell me a warranty that I didn't buy one and that I was on my own pretty much. I asked to talk it over with the manager. The salesman said he was not there. I told him to have the manager call me when he got back. He said he would. Its been five days and still no call. This is the kind of first class customer service and deal you will get at carpenter motors.

This car dealership is as shady as they get. I bought a car here and it was nothing but trouble. The purchase price was high, but I felt I was getting a nice car - WRONG! There were so many things wrong and so many repairs needed it cost me an extra $3500 in having to rent a car while numerous repairs were made, several of which had to be re-done as they were not done correctly in the first place, and then the owner blamed me for the problems! This place does not stand by their work or their vehicles and they sell crappy cars that will break down - mine broke down 2 days after I bought it. It was nothing but a nightmare.

Everyone in this place are crooks, Tina is the biggest xxxx bag xxxxx of the all. She treats customers like they are garbage when the customers are the ones making sure she gets paid. They take advantage of people they are in a bad spot. Asked for an out the door price on a car . By email I’m hard of hearing and don’t hear my phone well . Had to ask about 3 times . The salesman was rude and comeback with our prices are online . lol quite a bit of difference between Anderson Ford North and South. I have bought from North before . But south pretty much states if you are hard of hearing we don’t want your business.. hopefully it’s just the one salesman .

Moxie says they're "For The People". After my visit, I believe it! The staff was very friendly and courteous. They listened to what I wanted, and helped figure out how to overcome my credit issues. At the end of the process, I drove off in a car that was only 2 years old and much nicer than I ever thought possible! If you're someone who feels like there's no help, Moxie is the place to go!
