We had an issue with the car leaking oil after an oil change. The engine seized before we could get the car back to the dealership. Beardmore didn't dispute fault; they accepted responsibility and replaced our engine with one that has 30K miles less. They gave us a loaner vehicle for the week, and didn't charge us anything for the loaner, replacement engine, or labor.
