I can't say enough about your Manager Ryan who went above and beyond to get what I thought was an issue with my dashboard information. answered and resolved quickly and efficiently. It turned out not to be a problem at all but only a "user error" and my lack of understanding how to maneuver/interpret the dashboard. He couldn't have been more responsive and kind in how he handled it all! This is the second car I have purchased from the Lexus dealership and my first new Lexus. I will always come back to this delaership !

I have been servicing my GS350 at Lexus of Lincoln for three years now, and I have not had a single bad experience. The technicians handled my car with care and ensured that everything was in working order. The service advisor was polite and accepting when I showed up. The process was simple and fast, and I paid a fair price for everything that was done.

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
