We were visiting Omaha from St. - DavidinSTL

We were visiting Omaha from St. Louis for a medical workup at Nebraska Medicine. Our Santa Fe lost power, and required parts and service to get back on the road. Our service advisor Jay did an extraordinary job coordinating the Beardmore Hyundai team to locate the required parts and get them installed. Jay had us safely on the road with minimal delay-Deb was able to get her treatment on time. Thank you, Jay!!!

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
