Didn’t put the oil cap back on when they changed the oil. Took it in to get my oil changed and got laughed at by the service manger. I have all sorts of motors I look after and would never take the oil cap off. Brad is the worst service manger ever. I’ve never been treated this way in my life. This is not over with yet.

Vehicle purchased at Superior but I live 40 miles away and they demanded I do everything their way, with no guarantee I wouldn't have to bring it in again the next day. Called O'Daniel. Courteous and helpful, rather than the arrogant and rude i received at Superior. Courtesy car to take my wife to a medical appointment. Done in an hour. I know where I will buy my next Honda.

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
