They will sell you the wrong parts, they then won’t take a return of said wrong part. Customer service is poor and gets argumentative with the customer. Save yourself the headache drive somewhere else or order online.

I had an accident. Didn't have a phone number with me so I emailed the owner, Bob Copple. He immediately called me. He offered to send his guys to where I was with a loaner. His staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. I was stressed and frazzled and upset and it was so reassuring to get taken care of so well. He's a great guy, he runs a great dealership and I so appreciate him and his staff.

Egon, due to his demeanor, may appear to be unfriendly. Not true. He serious about his work and get the job done as promised. Walked in at 8:10 AM to have my Mercedes check out. (losing power) Egon said needed a fuel pump (underwaranty), could get it before noon and have auto ready before 5:00 PM. Arrived before at 4:45 PM and he (Egon) was just coming back after road testing my Mercedes. Thanks JJV

Didn’t put the oil cap back on when they changed the oil. Took it in to get my oil changed and got laughed at by the service manger. I have all sorts of motors I look after and would never take the oil cap off. Brad is the worst service manger ever. I’ve never been treated this way in my life. This is not over with yet.
