I have used the Lexus of Omaha service department for the past 20 years. In my most recent service appointment I had the pleasure of working the Gerardo. He managed my appointment, was professional and clearly understood what I wanted done. I asked for a major service to include new tires and a battery. After a general inspection of my vehicle additional concerns were raised by the technician. Pictures were made available to me with the option to accept or reject the additional work. I’m happy that Lexus does a complete initial inspection looking for and identifying any problems that exist beyond the work that was asked for. And, I spoiled myself with a VIP wash which is a several steps above the complementary wash. The detailer did an excellent job inside and out. I also requested valet service and Gerardo was able to hook me up with a late model RX which I truly appreciated. I could not be happier with the service that Gerardo and the Lexus team provided. These men and women are efficient, highly competent and skilled.
