Really enjoyed working with Nick K (BMW Lincoln). He wasn't pushy, asked the right questions to help me find the right car, and didn't spam my phone with messages and phone calls. The only negative part of my experience was in the finance office after turning down the extended plan, the manager came in to try selling it again. I finally had to tell him "I'm not going to do it, I'm getting really tired of telling you no" after about 5-6 attempts to modify the deal to sell me the not useful extra warranty. Other than that, the original Finance person was great, I told him no twice and he dropped it. Overall my experience here was good, all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and I would give them first shot to sell me my next vehicle.

Friendly and courteous to me and my granddaughter while we were there looking at a car. They were ready with the car waiting when we arrived. The purchasing of the vehicle took the longest, but that is to be expected. All employees were very nice.

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot, admittedly I was pretty rushed when I was buying it. The next day I noticed a puddle under the car. I messaged the salesman and called service and they wouldn't do anything for my. The car was under $5000 ($4990) so I took it as it was. The part that gets me the most is that the carfax said that they cleaned the engine and did an oil change too. Didn't notice the power steering pressure hose leak, rack and pinion leak, or engine leak. Incompetent or ignorant? or both? Never buying a car from them ever again. Jim McGraw

Worst dealership ever! - amygreving

Worst dealership ever!! Ordered a brand new Yukon Denali in January of 2022 with absolutely no contact from the dealership even though we left messages with the salesman for updates. Continuously saw new vehicles, just like the one we ordered, drive off the lot. Decided to go to a different dealership in January of 2023 and as of today 4/1/23 our new Yukon is getting ready to be shipped to the new dealership. Will NEVER go to Dinsdales for anything ever again!!
