Hello, while travelling back home from AZ to Alberta ,Canada after spending the winter there, we had a major mechanical breakdown. Howard and his staff in Service went above and beyond to help us with our 2018 Ram 2500 HD . His level of customer care is beyond what I have ever seen. I have never received anywhere near this service from the Dealership in Canada where I purchased this Truck.Outstanding assistance with warranty and keeping us involved while this issue was worked out. Highly recommended !!!!. Even after the truck was repaired ,Howard was more than willing to keep the Truck safe for us until we could make arrangements for our Daughter to come down to Helena from Canada to pick it up. We were unable to re -enter the US after using up our 182 day allotment until 30 days has passed and we could re-enter. I wish I could purchase a new vehicle from you guys , but due to the current horrible Canadian Dollar exchange rate of $ 1.42 CA to purchase $1.00 US, not including tax ,it makes it unattainable .So far the truck has been running awesome , so kudos to the tech as well !!!!

I have 2 jeep renegade that we can never get in for service. Now our 2021 renegade turbo (that our 20 yr old son drives for work) is having lights come off and on, getting stuck on (my husband had to show him how to disconnect the battery) and once off it doesn’t restart all the time. There is 20,000 miles on the is vehicle, still pretty new. And full warranty Only problem is Don K won’t get us in until MAY 5. At this point I want to just dump all our jeeps if we can’t even get them in for warranty work. It’s very frustrating 😞 he has to get to work and to have a brand new new car not reliable for the next 4 months is pretty messed up.

Refused to help look up a part despite calling ahead and verifying they would. Arrived there 10 minutes later and nobody could/would help, waste of time.

The service center ladies that set us up for immediate service were outstanding. We needed an air filter and they had the service gentleman go out to our truck on the street and comp,ste the repair since we towed a large 5th wheel. The gentleman tha completed the service was a U.S. Veteran and a delight. Our experience was amazing. Thank you.

Horrible wiring repair, looked like a backyard repair. - beaugranbois

Took my vehicle in for a repair. After they ordered the wrong part they got it installed and it didn't fix the issue. They traced the issue to a short in the rear hatch and said it was the rear latch. Which is funny because it was the one thing that was working the best. So after they replaced the latch it still didn't fix the issue and they still had a short in the system. Turns out there was broken or shorted wires in the wire loom between the body and rear hatch. So they repaired those. After a week and several calls they told me it was done and everything was working. I picked it up right before closing and everything seemed to be working until I put it in reverse and my back up camera didn't work, which it did before. I took it right back to the shop and the service guy told me he would talk to his guy and get ahold of me. It's been almost a week and nothing. So over the weekend I pulled the wire loom and took a look at the wires and there were three broken wires and three wires that had been very poorly repaired. I was an electrician on helicopters in the Marines and know what a poor wire repair looks like and how easily they fail. They simply took three 1-2" pieces of wire that were two gauges too big, poorly soldered them and wrapped them in electrical tape. So, needless to say I repaired the wires myself, all of them, properly with a hot solder joint and shrink wrap. And as I was pulling the electrical tape off of one of they're "fixes" the wire broke. I'm not complaining about the customer service or even the price, but the quality of work was that of a backyard mechanic. And now I'm questioning if the $480 in parts was the problem or if it was simply a broken wire?

Told me what other maintenance I should think about (windshield wipers & air filter) but were not hard sales pitch about getting it done. Great to go to a dealership where your patronage is appreciated!

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.
