If there were negative stars I would mark them. We have got 5 cars from Taylors. You would think being loyal customers we would be treated and shown appreciation. Instead, we were given a warranty that wasn't even what we were told, and instead of working with us basically told they are a dealership and is the way it is. The financial department seems to just want a sale. I would think customers that have come back and have referred others to them would be treated with some concern and appreciation. I would make sure you get in writing exactly what you are being offered not just told one thing and be given something else.

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.

Normally excellent. This pickup repair was way too expensive with parts double, triple, or more such as spark plugs at $19.99 each. I never asked for an advance dealer estimate but personally expected three or four hundred not over a thousand. Bob Johnke

We bought a 2007 Honda Accord EX in Feb. This was our first time we had it serviced. We live just outside Richey MT which is 4 hrs away. I made an appointment. We got there an hour early and they took us right in. They were very courteous and they went way to get us taken care of. They even washed our car which was a surprise and since it was our first visit since we bought the car, the service charge was free. We plan on having our car service there all the time.
Roadtrip Nightmare - Roadtrippers
We were on a road trip and started having problems with our car half way through. Underriner Motors gave it a look immediately, and fixed the issue within 24 hours. The shuttle service and caring staff made this experience as pleasant as it could've been.

Used this dealership for Suzuki warranty work multiple times. Staff in customer service is rude & condescending. Staff in shop is incompetent. Took 5 appointments to get airbag problem fixed. One of their airbag "fixes" lasted <5 miles before light reappeared. Two appointments to get heater/AC fan fixed because they ordered wrong part. If there were another Suzuki dealer within 200 miles, I would never have used this dealership after the 1st visit. Avoid at all costs!
