Hello, while travelling back home from AZ to Alberta - bltario

Hello, while travelling back home from AZ to Alberta ,Canada after spending the winter there, we had a major mechanical breakdown. Howard and his staff in Service went above and beyond to help us with our 2018 Ram 2500 HD . His level of customer care is beyond what I have ever seen. I have never received anywhere near this service from the Dealership in Canada where I purchased this Truck.Outstanding assistance with warranty and keeping us involved while this issue was worked out. Highly recommended !!!!. Even after the truck was repaired ,Howard was more than willing to keep the Truck safe for us until we could make arrangements for our Daughter to come down to Helena from Canada to pick it up. We were unable to re -enter the US after using up our 182 day allotment until 30 days has passed and we could re-enter. I wish I could purchase a new vehicle from you guys , but due to the current horrible Canadian Dollar exchange rate of $ 1.42 CA to purchase $1.00 US, not including tax ,it makes it unattainable .So far the truck has been running awesome , so kudos to the tech as well !!!!

2023 grand Cherokee lost steering, took 2 weeks to get - OTC

2023 grand Cherokee lost steering, took 2 weeks to get in, when diagnosed they said code was logged and not active so no repair is needed. Guess loss of steering is ok? Charged $194 to check a code. Check engine light was on when we dropped it off and they stated it wasn’t on. Don’t feel safe driving a vehicle that randomly losses steering (it’s not loss of power steering but a complete loss of steering, wheel locks up) Definitely not impressed with service dept.

Poor Service - SM

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. They said I needed a new engine, new tires, and about three thousand more in repairs. The tires have less then 10K Miles on them. Took it to another dealership in Miles City that said all it needed was a new casket and the other repairs were not needed. I was warned about this dealership before hand and learned my lesson.

From the moment I spoke with the service rep, I knew I was in good hands. They went to work as soon as I got it in and was able to identify the problem. no help whatsoever - not impressed

took my 2009 chevy suburban in for an explanation and possible fix for code U0078. they drove the vehicle and got it to throw a transmission code but could not find the problem. car would randomly cycle the door locks, the gauge cluster would go crazy, it would lose its speed, and the braking system would put you into the windshield if you touched the pedal. asked them what the problem could be and they had no clue. GM put a bulletin out for a problem like this, 08-07-30-021E. this bulletin sounds exactly like my problems but they are obviously not interested in trying to help fix the problem. they seem to be a lazy and stuck up company. offered to trade it off for something else and they offered 5000 for the vehicle. I am sick of these obviously crooked and mechanically unintelligent morons. I will fix it myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
