Great experience with an oil change that took only about 40 minutes including a free car wash. Cody, the service advisor, was friendly and thorough. I had some questions about my dash display, and the dealership went the extra mile to resolve my issues.

Ariel, Megan and mechanic Noah were all so kind and helpful and saved the day for us. My very pregnant daughter, two dogs, a truck full of baby shower gifts and myself had an issue with my truck and barley made it to Missoula after leaving Washington at 6am. They were able to fix our issue and get us back on the road with in a few hours. They were all so accommodating with our two dogs and very compassionate to our situation. It would have been a very spendy night if we had to stay over in Missoula. We can not thank them enough for their willingness to help. I'm not sure what we would have done if they didn't step up. THANK YOU!

Beware of this Dealership when buying a used car or truck. I purchased a 2015 Ram 3 months ago. It has been in the shop for half the time I’ve had it. It went in on May 3 to the mechanics, which turned out to be the transmission went out. We also realized that it’s not the original engine and the one that was put in is not 100% compatible with the transmission. I have spent several weeks calling the dealership only to be sent to voicemail. I started with the service department, hoping they would talk to my mechanic, going all the way up to the GM. Four different people, leaving several messages, and not one single call back. $28,000 for Truck, $1,450 in car & truck rentals, $1,000 spent previously for truck repairs $400/mo for loan and extended warranty (which won’t pay for repair) and only being able to use it 50% of the time since I purchased it. NOT a good deal and HORRIBLE customer service.
