My husband and I were looking for our first Volvo XC90 and eager to get our current vehicle traded in. We started at West County Volvo, Tom was a very eager Beaver to connect with us in the parking lot. We told him the things we were looking for and he went to "look at his inventory." We waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before we went looking for him, he was with another customer and had forgotten about us. Cool. We left for Dean Team Volvo and met Pat at the door. He took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain the features, he answered our questions and listened to our specific requests. He didn't have a car that fit the list but he quickly located one at another dealership. Within three days he had the car claimed on our behalf and had it transported to the dealership.
