About a month ago I was looking for used trucks and was able to find one at Lane 1 Motors. I gave the staff a call before to let them know I was interested and wanted to take it on a possible test drive. When I pulled up they had the truck completely cleaned out and doors open sitting in the front of the lot ready for me. Hakim and his staff do an unbelievable job greeting you and are prepared for whatever questions you may have about the vehicle. We were able to work out a deal on the truck in a short time period and I ended up driving away with it the very next day. If you are looking for a used or newer vehicle this would 100% be the place I recommend. Hakim and his staff will treat you right, make you feel at home, and will give you the best deals around when it comes to warranties. I was extremely impressed with how Hakim and Lane 1 Motors operates and I would highly suggest going over there and at least having a conversation with these fine people about vehicles. Thanks Hakim! We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW iX5 from Autohaus of Clayton BMW in April 2019. We brought it in for an oil change in August. In September, my wife found the lower side panel of the drivers door was broken. I called the dealership and was connected to Mike Crader with the service department. We set up a time to have the mechanics check out the issue. Mike was very helpful and even when I mentioned a couple of trim tabs on the center dash were missing (I have no idea why and didn't notice before we purchased). Mike ordered replacements for those as well. A week later Mike called, got me in right away (I think he squeezed me in since I was off work the next day) and took care of everything. I and my wife are very happy! I thought this was going to be a huge hassle. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Crader is awesome and really makes Autohaus of Clayton's customers his top priority!

This place seems a little shady to me. I found a truck on their website that I liked, so I went to test drive it and decided I wanted to buy it. It was listed for $59,995. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting on my trade-in to be appraised and financing, I was told they were ready for me to go to the finance person to finish the paperwork. It was not until then that I learned that the price was not the $59,995 they had on he website, but it was $66,500. I was told that the price on the website was because it had hail damage, but it had been fixed, so $66,500 was the price. If that were the case, they should have changed the price online. I was beyond mad. I did not see anything on the ad suggesting that vehicle had hail damage. This is false advertisement. So, are they crooked, or just incompetent?

I went into Roberts to look at new SUVs. Donnie was terrific from the start. He wasn't pushy, he didn't flood my voicemail with calls, he didn't flood my inbox with emails. I looked at other cars at other dealerships, but when it came down to it Roberts gave me the best product for the best price. Donnie took the time to find me the exact car I wanted and didn't try to talk me into changing my mind on anything. The entire Robert crew made it stress-free as buying a new car can be.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!
