Hello, It was on a Friday when I was in the market looking for a vehicle then all of a sudden I came across this Vehicle that I saw on Johnny Londoff Autoplex website thru Cargurus so I instantly contact them and sent them my information regarding the vehicle so then Saturday I told them I was on my way to come get it, Between my credit score and Downpayment I wasn't really sure If I was going to get approved so before I know It my Salesman Justin Roux Greeted me with well respect and Instantly started working with me on trying to get the vehicle but Before I knew it in honor from the grace of god Justin came back to me with Goodnews and I was well Excited and I was able to bring home my New Vehicle.

I went into Roberts to look at new SUVs. Donnie was terrific from the start. He wasn't pushy, he didn't flood my voicemail with calls, he didn't flood my inbox with emails. I looked at other cars at other dealerships, but when it came down to it Roberts gave me the best product for the best price. Donnie took the time to find me the exact car I wanted and didn't try to talk me into changing my mind on anything. The entire Robert crew made it stress-free as buying a new car can be.

Their excuse was that they are not liable for any info on a 3rd party site and said cars.com does this alot.I will never use this site or dealership again.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!

Fraud and horrible cars - Audi2010

I would like to say first off the guy I worked with was horrible (Jason). Secondly I asked about any known issues with the vehicle I was told no it has all the bells and whistles which was another lie. I test drove the car it was fine. Once I got approved and drove the car off for about 15 miles I started getting dashboard lights. Needed to have oil changed, Front left fog light out, service due, and low tire lights. So I called and text Jason and was told to bring the car back so I can get the oil change that should have been done before the car was sold. So I tried to turn up the radio and that didn’t work and could not use the navigation system at all because of the knob (pictures below) was broken. I thought to myself no wonder when I test drove the car the salesman talked the whole car ride so we didn’t have to listen to music. Text Jason about this issue was told I need to purchase some audio repair kit from amazon. I did that and guess what still didn’t work. I texted Jason about this not working I was told “sorry to hear that it was worth a try!” I asked was it anything they could do, he said YouTube it. Also I may add my check engine light has been on for months now because of ESP failure. So I haven’t had the car longer than a few days when all these problems happening. I’ve had the vehicle since November and has cost me nothing but money and issues. This car wasn’t reliable from day one and they knew that when they sold it to me!

If you want to get screwed , this is certainly the place to go . After handing over 14,000$ for a truck , just 4 short months later it's in the shop needing the Entire top end of the engine rebuilt, and As to be expected , the dealer won't even answer the phone. I won't even go into all of the hidden rust that was cleverly concealed, or the leaky roof that has left my headliner stained that they had cleaned up quite nicely before purchase , as that is very minor and does not affect the fact that I cannot drive this truck now. I have a $14,000 paperweight I can't drive and the dealer gets to laugh all the way to the bank .

The car was super clean inside and out, the asking price was competitive, they took care of the paperwork quickly, and even filled the tank before sending us off. This isn't a huge lot, but the "less is more" philosophy is working for them - every car on the lot is worth looking at. Highly recommend!
