Fraud and horrible cars - Audi2010

I would like to say first off the guy I worked with was horrible (Jason). Secondly I asked about any known issues with the vehicle I was told no it has all the bells and whistles which was another lie. I test drove the car it was fine. Once I got approved and drove the car off for about 15 miles I started getting dashboard lights. Needed to have oil changed, Front left fog light out, service due, and low tire lights. So I called and text Jason and was told to bring the car back so I can get the oil change that should have been done before the car was sold. So I tried to turn up the radio and that didn’t work and could not use the navigation system at all because of the knob (pictures below) was broken. I thought to myself no wonder when I test drove the car the salesman talked the whole car ride so we didn’t have to listen to music. Text Jason about this issue was told I need to purchase some audio repair kit from amazon. I did that and guess what still didn’t work. I texted Jason about this not working I was told “sorry to hear that it was worth a try!” I asked was it anything they could do, he said YouTube it. Also I may add my check engine light has been on for months now because of ESP failure. So I haven’t had the car longer than a few days when all these problems happening. I’ve had the vehicle since November and has cost me nothing but money and issues. This car wasn’t reliable from day one and they knew that when they sold it to me!

If you want to get screwed , this is certainly the place to go . After handing over 14,000$ for a truck , just 4 short months later it's in the shop needing the Entire top end of the engine rebuilt, and As to be expected , the dealer won't even answer the phone. I won't even go into all of the hidden rust that was cleverly concealed, or the leaky roof that has left my headliner stained that they had cleaned up quite nicely before purchase , as that is very minor and does not affect the fact that I cannot drive this truck now. I have a $14,000 paperweight I can't drive and the dealer gets to laugh all the way to the bank .

The car was super clean inside and out, the asking price was competitive, they took care of the paperwork quickly, and even filled the tank before sending us off. This isn't a huge lot, but the "less is more" philosophy is working for them - every car on the lot is worth looking at. Highly recommend!

Kevin is a car salesman at Zarvos Motors, He is very friendly until he put you in a car to get you off the lot, then he turns into a whole different person, who does shady paperwork with the first financial federal credit union, don't ever buy a car from here, they sale cars that wont pass inspection, only safety but no emissions, they put slick 50 in a car they sold me that would not hold oil, it ran hot because it had no antifreeze they lied like they flushed that and didn't, and also was misfiring, with bad catalytic converters and 02 sensors, it barely made it back to the car lot and they told me I'm stuck with the car, never signed a title and I never gave him the down payment, don't go to Zarvos Motors or they affiliates, image auto sales, complete crooks, stay clear of these people.

My wife’s alternator went out. I took it to the shop because it was right next to my apartment. They called me on the phone after doing the 140 diagnostic to tell me it needed a new battery, alternator, and was “way overdue” for an oil change. It was just over 3000 miles since the last oil change, which was full synthetic. Toyota recommends 10000 mile intervals and most mechanics will recommend 6-8k with full synthetic. The brand new battery was completely shot, and it needed a new alternator. The quote was for 1500 dollars. I went to the shop to ask about it, they told me the battery was internally shorted. Autozone and my other mechanic both tested it and say it’s fine. They wanted to charge 400 dollars for a battery replacement which is absurd. For a remanufactured alternator, they were charging over 400 dollars, just for the part. At autozone you can’t find one for more than 230. This should’ve been a 500-700 job and they are charging double to triple that. They also lied to me about properly testing the battery and charging 100 for an oil change far more frequently than is necessary. Once they started the repair, I’m sure they would’ve found faulty pulleys and changed those out as well for a premium profit. * * In a response to the above Google review, they also lied about my complaint in order to personally discredit me.

Brandon Byrd was friendly, personable, and professional. He was also thoughtful throughout my experience. It was a very cold evening. He brought the car around to warm it up while we talked through the preliminaries. Even though I came pre-approved for a loan, Brandon was aware of a better interest rate and directed me there. During the test drive, he answered questions and offered explanations of features that were new to me. After the sale was final, he took the time to help set up the bluetooth option for my iphone. Went in, some untrained young man setup our test drive and spent zero time talking about the vehicle. He was more interested in chatting. His name is Tanner. Seems nice enough though. We get back and hand over our paystubs and my co-sign hands over his credit information and an hour later after multiple chats which after the introduction of my co-sign it was like I didn’t exist anymore. Further after this unsatisfying experience I left a review describing my frustrating experience and their lack of professionalism only to have them reply to said review saying I lied about ever attending their lot. I am extremely unsatisfied with this process and will not be doing any further business with them until new management.
