While he was out of town, he contacted a member of the service team who was able to get us in and let us retrieve the item that we needed and saved the day.

I brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, Multi-point inspection. Bill Holiday went over what was due on my vehicle and was very informative. I waited for my vehicle and within 90 minutes got my vehicle back Washed and Vacuumed!! This was awesome. The waiting room was very nice, great snacks and coffee. While there I got to talk to the service manager Jeff Confer. Very classy guy and very experienced. We chatted and got to know his extensive back ground with Nissan. Very impressed with the high caliber people they employ! Thank you Jeff and Team for a great Experience!

I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.

My Wife and I bought our first BMW 2.5 years ago. Josh Reichlin was our Client Advisor . He found exactly what we were looking for and the whole process was the best we ever experienced. Our last scheduled service the service was taking longer than expected. The service department contacted Josh and Josh found us a BMW to drive (all without us knowing) and recommended a couple restaurants for lunch. When we came back from lunch not only was the scheduled service finished, but they were able to find and replace an exhaust tip trim kit (the original had some paint peeling), all at no cost. This dealership (Sales and Service) strives to provide the best possible service and make its customers happy. We live over 100 miles away, but because of their friendliness and service we will be buying again from Josh and this dealership when the time comes!

Micah Bond stopped his work to graciously assist, by answering some very important, technical, concerns that I had, (in Cody's absence). Cody is the reason this is my third toyota in 25 years. I tried to by a Lexis one day(2021), but couldn't get attention/courtesy/respect so... I returned to Cody and that day purchased a beautiful Camry!. Steve Oliver and staff were my saving grace!!!! I live 43 miles away and made the mistake of going to a shop closer to my home back in July when my 2017 Escalade was making some engine noise. I ended up needing a new engine. Long story short, last Thursday I brought in completely messed up car because of this shop and couldn’t handle their excuses anymore. I brought it to Cadillac to see if they could diagnose and fix what this other shop had completely screwed up. Steve had real answers to me not even 24 hours after I brought it in!!!! We talked about what I wanted Cadillac to fix and what I should have fixed at the other shop because I had already invested thousands of dollars for them to completely screw up my car. He gave me an estimate if I wanted Cadillac to do all the work but honestly I need the other shop to make it right! He worked with my extended warranty to get them to cover a portion of the work that they did and had me in a loaner while they worked on my car. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again!!! I was treated very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure who the 2 other gentlemen are on either side of Steve in that temporary trailer they are in. Although, both of them were very helpful as well when I walked in and Steve was taking a phone call. Thank goodness for Cable Dahmer Cadillac Service!!!! Thank you Steve Oliver!!!

He is a standup guy who’s always straightforward with anyone he knows, as well as anyone he does business with. He’s a people person and actually enjoys putting effort into anything he does.
