I have been coming to Pappas Toyota for a couple of years since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Tundra. The service department here is top-notch. All the staff truly listen and care about you and your vehicle. I’ve owned many trucks over the years and have been to numerous service departments, but Pappas Toyota is hands down the best. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing service. A big shout-out to Chris Lathangue, a Service Advisor at Pappas Toyota. I witnessed him assisting an elderly lady with questions about her vehicle, patiently explaining everything to ensure she understood before leaving. Chris even walked her to her car to make sure she was okay, as her arthritis was bothering her leg. Seeing people like Chris making the world a better place is heartwarming.

Just wanted to share how pleased I am with both of the the service appointments that I experienced recently on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Ron Wiggans was my service advisor for my first visit for regular maintenance and was great to work with. During my second visit Alfredo Bisig kept me informed on the timeframe of the timing gear replacement. I had wifi available and comfortable chairs with workspace to utilize while I waited. Everyone in the service department was great to work with and my car was repaired in a timely manner and at a much better price than quoted by other places.

I looked for Cody Pavish today, who sold me my favorite Toyota yet! He is always wonderful and ever so knowledgeable.. Micah Bond stopped his work to graciously assist, by answering some very important, technical, concerns that I had, (in Cody's absence). Cody is the reason this is my third toyota in 25 years. I tried to by a Lexis one day(2021), but couldn't get attention/courtesy/respect so... I returned to Cody and that day purchased a beautiful Camry!. The mechanics and staff are amazing! My back brakes were not engaging at all. I didn't trust dealerships so I had another mechanic replace my rear brakes, but still no luck, he then replaced my front brakes, rotors, brake hose, one caliper and master cylinder (a spare one that I had), still my rear brakes wouldn't work. I had no choice but to take it to Seeger Toyota and THANK GOD I DID! They worked on it for a week and walked me through everything they did, before they did it. They were very concerned about my safety and wouldn't give up until they had my brake system 100%. They even loaned me a vehicle to drive until they fixed my truck. I am disabled and have very limited income, so I was terrified of the costs but they totally worked with me so that I could afford it. I was driving a death trap but not any more. They saved my life and I will always be grateful to them! From now on, Seeger Toyota will be my only choice for all major repairs!

I came into Audi for some service on my car and while I was there I met with Rex Lyons in the pre owned area. He showed me a truck they had just taken in and was very helpful and patient. He brought me the truck over in service and came back to provide all the details I had asked for. I was very impressed with his follow through and friendliness. I would highly recommend working with him if your shopping for a vehicle.

UNETHICAL! Went in on 5/03/22 for an oil change and tire repair. Initial visit started off wrong as the first guy I encountered was argumentative when I asked for a patch plug. He insisted I didnt need one and that they wouldnt do one. Which they surely did not. Mark Wright was my service advisor who stated after a multi-point inspection it was noted that I needed front and rear brakes. He stated the front break rotors just needed to be turned/resurfaced but that I needed new rotors and breaks in back. I asked which breaks needed to be done first he stated front breaks were worse. Even though there was no squeaking or stuttering when I applied pressure to my breaks. Upon inspecting my last visit to a Lexus dealership 4/21/21 my front breaks were 6-12mm and back were 4-5mm. Breaks usually last 20-60k miles I drove 22k. According to Toyota my front breaks 3mm and back breaks were 2mm(it would seem I needed back breaks first) On 5/20/22 I returned to have my front breaks placed as I was told I needed those first. After about an hour and half Mark Wright came out and stated they tried to resurface my rotors 6 times and failed so I will need new rotors and there would he an additional $170. I reluctantly agreed to the new rotors. To my suprise my car was complete in roughly 10-15min which was extremely fast. This made me believe they already had the rotors on and/or I didnt need them and those are the same rotors yet the plan was for the additional cost in supply and labor. I would question however why would anyone try to resurface and destroy rotors without informing the customer prior? What if I didnt have the additional $170 to spare? Would they have put the bad/ destroyed rotors back on and let me drive out? After the second try I should have been informed that way I would have had the option to refuse their service. Lastly, I know for a fact NO multi-point inspection was done as I am in desperate need of a new rear windshield wiper(see attached) no way they could marked that as “good”. I would NEVER go back to this place nor should anyone else. Their practices are very unethical. If I wanted to be bamboozled, hoodwinked and lead astray I would have went to a Lexus dealership. 😡

THEY LIED BY TELLING ME I COULDN'T GET IT INSPECTED BY ANOTHER SHOP AND THEN SOLD ME (A RECENT DOMESTIC ABUSE SURVIROR) A LEMON AND AFTER $2300 IN REPAIRS, IT’S STILL BROKEN DOWN NEEDING A REPLACEMENT ENGINE!! THE TIMING SET WAS ALSO MESSED WITH BY A NON-MECHANIC AND CHEAP PARTS!!!!! NOT TO MENTION A HUGE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST GM ON THIS EXACT ENGINE!!!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE ME!!!! My wife and I were traveling to the lake Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and my truck started to overheat. I called Larry at Central Missouri Tire to see if there was anyway they could look at it. He said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help. He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home... Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

We are submitting this review after a problem today at the service center. They were contacted with our car mileage a week ago to see if we still had a free oil change coming. They said yes and we were scheduled this morning for that service. We took our car from an iced in and no power home to Cape from Cobden IL. We needed an oil change and they got it done to tell us our mileage was over the allowed miles and billed us for the service. If we were told a week ago the that the service was going to be charged we could have had it done 5 minutes from our house. We made a call to talk to the service dept. unhappy and were told if we have owned 6 Toyotas in the past then we should have known how it works!! Today marks the start of our family and all we can share this dumb service move by the dept. with of never doing business at that dealership again!

We had our Venza serviced at Fletcher Toyota. I would like to thank them for their great Service Department. We live about 45 minutes away and frankly it would be closer and easier to go to Springfield for service as I work in Springfield. However we have not been impressed with Reliable and after our two visits to your office, we will not call Reliable again. When I called Lauran to request a quote on our 120,000 service she was courteous and helpful. Given that my wife and young kids would be the ones to bring in our Venza, I am sensitive to their treatment and respectfulness of their time. I typically change our oil and do basic services at home in order to make it easier on my wife. After the appointment my wife had nothing but great things to say regarding her treatment and how her time was used. A huge thank you to Lauran and team for treating her with respect. Later in the evening following our appointment, I reviewed the invoice for the services and discovered that your mark-up for parts is reasonable and not a lot more than what I can find them for online. I was pleasantly surprised by this finding. Given our experiences at Reliable and their lack of concern for our time (my wife was trapped in the waiting room with our one year old and 4 year old, for four hours for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment, that is just one example, I have others), I had written off buying another Toyota. However after our two experiences with your Service department when it is time to purchase a new vehicle Fletcher Toyota will be our first stop.
