We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership, the last two being Jeep Wranglers. I bought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon BRAND NEW off the showroom floor in April 2019. Recently I noticed my door hinges and panels were starting to have the WELL KNOWN corrosion issues that so many of the new Jeeps have. I contacted Jeep Cares who referred me to CCDJR and assured me the issue would be covered by the 5 year warranty (from purchase date, so covered until April 2024) But guess what??? CCDJR refused to fix it!!! Seriously, avoid this dealership like the plague, because once you drive it off the lot, THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Not even if it’s covered by Jeep Warranty and NOT EVEN if you bought it BRAND NEW FROM THEM!!!!

My wife and I were traveling to the lake Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and my truck started to overheat. I called Larry at Central Missouri Tire to see if there was anyway they could look at it. He said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help. He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home... Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

I have been using Dave Sinclair service dept. for the last three or four servicings since I discovered they opened a dealership in my town. They are a great bunch of guys and take the time to talk with me about what needs doing or even what can wait. They have worked me in on short notice one the time I needed it. I only gave four stars because I haven't bought a car from them yet. We'll see if they get that fifth star then.

I spent $860 to fix fuel leak on 2005 Dodge Dakota. Forced to leave vehicle over long weekend holiday. When I picked it up, noticed the vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside. After spending that kind of money or having any service at this location, I would think the vehicle would be cleaned…leaving a positive impression…encouraging customers to remember them in order to get return business. Fletcher definitely missed the mark on this customer.
