Very good experience. Dropped off car to be serviced the next day. Had a call the next morning with what was found and recommendations for repair. I got that call earlier than expected. I approved the work, which was pretty much. They were able to get it done same day. Kevin in service was excellent.

I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.

I have a 2014 Kia Forte EX. It has 65,900 miles on it. When I had the oil changed, I was told there were metal flakes in the oil. They checked the oil after I told them of a new tapping noise. They told me to go to Kia and tell them I needed a possible engine replacement. I immediately drove to Cable Dahmer and got a Customer Service Rep named Ryon McKivergan. He was very polite and professional. He looked up my vehicle and told me it was under warranty. He told me a technician would check it out. He arranged for me to get a loaner. A few days later he called and told me they had opened a case with Kia requesting a remedy. He said it may take a while for them to hear back. A few days later, he called and said Kia approved the engine replacement and told me it would take 5-7 days to get the parts. In a little over 2 weeks, they called and said my car was repaired. I picked it up last Friday and it ran perfect. The only hiccup was the outside temperature gauge didn’t work. I returned today and Ryon was at lunch but Jerry was gracious enough to have it taken care of for me. I just want to say that Ryon and Jerry were excellent! Ryon was absolutely the best service tech I ever experienced at Cable Dahmer. Jerry was also very accommodating and polite! I can’t speak about all the Customer Service Reps but the two I dealt with were top notch!

I took my vehicle in to Springfield Kia (Formerly Youngblood) To have my vehicle taillight inspected because it was on the fritz blinking on and off, And get an oil change. I met with Ryan who is the service advisor who took complete charge and was able to not only remedy the problem, but came out to bring a few things up to my attention. The charges were reasonable. The wait time was reasonable, and the care was way above the average. Which is why I go to Springfield Kia.

Very poor customer service. Lack of communication and transparency in charges re: work done. Requested license plate bracket rep used 2 screws to attach to front bummer. Rep more concerned with having his hour lunch break than providing quality customer service and assurance work requested had been done. Shoddy work. Questionable conduct /practices in services provided (?) To date I have left messages for GM with no returned calls. I have requested documentation to the services provided i.e how many quarts of oil used or replaced, tire pattern rotation etc. I have not received a reply. I have request a refund and be given the opportunity to visit another KIa dealership for services..I have not received a reply or response to requests. I personally checked the oil, fluids and tires...none of the services I paid for (full service maintenance oil change, fluids topped off, tires checked and rotated) were done. The oil reads low on oil gauge, the front drivers side tire is going low and none of the fluid were topped off. Dishonest practices.

Had to go in for service and I kept missing appointments. Justin made it very convenient for me to get service at a time that was easy for be to be there. He was kind and did not act like "a condescending man" like some dealers have in the service department even tho I was a woman. He listened then proceeding to diagnose the problem and the guys in service fixed the problem in one day.They took me to work and picked my back up when it was time to retrieve my car. Never andything except polite and helpful. AND to top it all off they washed my car including all the glass and vacuumed it too!!!

THEY LIED BY TELLING ME I COULDN'T GET IT INSPECTED BY ANOTHER SHOP AND THEN SOLD ME (A RECENT DOMESTIC ABUSE SURVIROR) A LEMON AND AFTER $2300 IN REPAIRS, IT’S STILL BROKEN DOWN NEEDING A REPLACEMENT ENGINE!! THE TIMING SET WAS ALSO MESSED WITH BY A NON-MECHANIC AND CHEAP PARTS!!!!! NOT TO MENTION A HUGE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST GM ON THIS EXACT ENGINE!!!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE ME!!!! My wife and I were traveling to the lake Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and my truck started to overheat. I called Larry at Central Missouri Tire to see if there was anyway they could look at it. He said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help. He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home... Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

I previously worked there and I've witnessed all the shady things they do to get money out of people id recommend you go somewhere else that place is scummy the sales mangers seem nice at first but they quickly show their true colors I wouldn't recommend going there for anything and they often drive customer vehicles recklessly around the lot I've even witnessed them crash on occasion, don't go here

First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive. Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market.
