From start to finish Jeff was excellent to work with. He respected our choice to wait until new year to make our purchase and did not barrage us with calls/texts/emails. As this was my car we were purchasing he did not defer to my husband. He spoke to me. And I hope I conveyed to Jeff how much I appreciated that. Our overall satisfaction is definitely 5 star. The only suggestion we have is to make sure when the car is detailed, it is detailed. There were smudges of something that was oil based on the exterior and plastic still covering the side view mirrors. Overall, not a terrible situation just one that could use a little attention.

Bought a brand new Wrangler in August of 2024. Transmission started slipping a few months into ownership. Has been in the shop 3 times, and the issue still exists. Contacted the dealership to try to get resolution in a civil way (trying to avoid the lemon law process, attorneys, etc.) and got told we could come trade the Wrangler in and buy another vehicle. I refuse to take a hit by trading it in because it is a lemon. Not a very good way of standing behind their product if you ask me. Purchase from a different dealership if you know what’s good for you!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Scheduled my appointment for 1:00 pm on Monday and didn’t get to my car until 8:00 am on Thursday then lied to my wife and told her the appointment was always 8:00 am Thursday yet they sent me an email stating it was 1:00 pm Monday. I will NEVER set foot on their lot again and will never buy a car from them again and I will make sure everyone I know ever buys a car from them. Biggest liars I’ve ever met in my life. Arrogant and condescending toward their customers They wouldn’t even furnish a loaner car or try to get Hyundai to pay for me a rental. They told me that I should get rent one on my own, my car was in their shop for a warrant repair, why would I pay for a rental!
