TDLR not an honest shop. - Fox
TDLR not an honest shop. Will blatantly lie to you about what is going on with your vehicle.
My sister bought 2 vehicles from there. Her kia was overheating, so she took it in. Jen told her it would get taken care of. She told my sister that her master mechanic looked at it, but it would have to be taken to Kia.
Then she told my sister that they tried to drive an overheating car to St. Louis needs to be towed. My sister called me in to help, and it turned out it never left the dealership and was just the belt tensioner. It was never driven to Kia. The master mechanic never looked at it it was all just blatant lies.
They gave her a $300 discount to compensate for the LIES. Then they took their Ford in for a new engine. Got it back and it had an oil leak, took it back in and got that fixed, shortly after the crank case breather on the new engine needs replaced and they are saying it is not covered and it's going to be $1k.
Further, when I had my shop, they would try to steal my customers if we had to use them to reflash a TCM.
Honestly, I don't know how anyone can run a shop, let alone a dealership this way, and still be in business. Or how Jen still has a job.
And no, this honest review will not be taken down. The public needs to know what is being pulled.
