I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

This was my first time to the dealership. I have a 2016 Porsche gt4. Major maintenance, four new tires and drive belt is the work that was performed. Jim Whelehon was my service advisor. This is my first Porsche. Jim did a fantastic job walking me through the items the was recommended by the manufacturer. Jim’s communication and attention to detail was very impressive. The viewing window in the waiting are that allows you the see the service bays is awesome! I love that the entire facility is spotless. I’ll be back. Looking to possibly upgrade to a gt3. Tony

Got my 2018 Ecosport Ford oil changed, new lug nuts and inspection done at Quick Lane. Best service I ever had with Nancy Harrington service advisor. I stayed there while they did the work and overheard Nancy communicating with customers for about hour and a half. Wonderfull personality, very helpful with every single customer. I was amazed at her positive spirit throughout the time I waited.. She had no idea I was listening to her. Ford Quick Lane has a winner. I thought people should know

My Ford truck blew a brake line on the Interstate while on a cross-country move. I limped into Reed Chevrolet and Tom Pflugradt in your Service Department provided outstanding customer service to me. He secured the truck with my belongings in the Service Bay overnight and was able to get my truck fixed and back on the road the following afternoon, despite it being a Ford. Tom went way out of his way on both a professional and personal level to make sure that I had adequate accommodations for my unexpected overnight stay in St. Joseph, even providing his personal cell number to contact him if I had any problems or questions. Tom epitomizes why Reed Chevrolet is rated Number 1 and I sincerely appreciated his compassionate and caring customer service; you're Number 1 in my book Tom!
