I took my car in for a recall and told them not to touch anything other than the recall. Despite telling them this, they incorrectly inflated the tires to levels that were completely out of Acura's specifications. My car requires different pressures for the front and rear tires. When I asked the dealership about this I was told that, "For winter time we usually set about 36psi so when it gets cold and loose pressure your [sic] OK." See the attached screenshot. The dealership never returned my calls. I would avoid this dealership because their have no respect for customer wishes and they refuse to follow Acura's specifications. I'm guessing they like to over inflate tires so that they can sell you new ones due to premature wear.

I purchased my CX 5 which I love from northtowne Mazda. Process was very fast and all questions answered respectfully. Recently I went in for oil change and when checking in my service advisor Josh informed me I had a recall on hatch control. He said it would take an extra hour but indicated they would make every effort to get done sooner. To my surprise Josh arrived in waiting area just under an hour later telling me all work was completed. Could not have gone better. Recommend to ALL. Thank you Regards Paul Lashmet

I made an appointment for a check engine light that had been on and waited a month to get in to arrive at the appointment early to be told we do not do this service this late as the techs go home at 4 pm! I was there an hour before 4 pm with 3:30 pm. I scheduled this online!! I left work early to go to this appoinment! So not only did I lose time at work but I had to call around to get in sooner!
