I have to commend the entire staff at this facility but especially Randy Pyle-Production Manager. Randy went above and beyond to meet our unique needs. We are fulltime RVer's and were in a camping facility that required us to leave in about 10 days. With our truck in the shop it was questionable whether we would be able to meet that date. However, Randy came to our aid and was able to get our vehicle repaired and back to us in 3 days. The quality of work done by all members of the shop is exemplary and should be a testament to Randy's leadership skills. I cannot say enough about how all the staff treated us in this very trying time for us. Kudos to all who helped us. Sincerely Larry D. Johnson

To the service guy that was going to charge me for the safety recall that Honda sent me telling me to get it fixed- I will NOT listen to a lecture from you about how you are doing me a favor by not charging me for the diagnostic and your technicians are basically working for free since you aren’t going to charge me for the SAFETY RECALL sent to me by HONDA. Telling me I don’t understand- I guess I’m such a poor stupid women who isn’t capable of understanding such matters. I understand it’s a safety recall- fix what they recalled- that’s all I’m asking you to do. I am not asking you to fix or diagnose anything else- see it’s simple- I do understand it. Hanging up on me was very rude considering I am the customer! I will be talking to your manager. If you decide to try and lecture me again tomorrow when I bring the van in- it will not be pretty.

TOOK 01 GRAND AM IN UNDER WARRENTY ON COMPLAINT OF NOISE FROM FRONT WHEELS. DEALER HAD SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTING THEM TO CLEAN FRONT WHEELS AND REPLACE GOODYEAR EAGLE TIRES WITH NON-RIBBED TIRES. TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE FRON TIRES REPLACE. WHEN TIME CAME TO DO MY NORMAL TIRE ROATION, THE REAR TIRES WERE PLACED ON THE FRONT AXLES AND MADE THE SAME IRRITATING SCRAPING/SCRUNCHING NOISE. DEALER DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE TIRES THAT WERE ROTATED TO THE FRONT EVEN THOUGH THE SERIAL NUMBERS WERE COVERED BY THE SERVICE BULLETIN. HAD TO CALL THE PONTIAC DEALER SERVICES NUMBER IN THE OWNERS MANUAL TO FORCE THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE #$!@ TIRES THAT WERE COVERED UNDER PONTIACS OWN SERVICE BULLETIN. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
