I had a scheduling complication and was not going to be able to pick my vehicle up at the original time that I had set the appointment for, so I was going to re-schedule. When I called to do just that, their service representative actually listened to my reason and worked it out so that I could keep the original appointment and just move my pickup time two hours earlier. A Big THANK YOU to the service representative AND The SERVICE DEPARTMENT for being so accommodating!!
