Mini of St. Louis always bends over backwards to accommodate. I arrived at 8:04am and got checked in by Erica. I hadn’t made the appropriate arrangements for a loaner, but Erica made it happen. I was out running errands when I received a text around 11am from my technician letting me know the crank seal had been replaced and brakes and other things looked good. A few minutes later I received a call from Erica letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Great customer service. I love Mini of St. Louis!!
