Let me start by saying that Randy in the service department was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I was traveling home from a work trip when our 2021 Ram 2500 started overheating. We call the nearest dodge dealership to us, which happend to be Carlock CDJR of Tupelo. They were so helpful. Gave us the numbers to a towing company, a car rental and a hotel all right around where they were located. Of course the service dept. was going to be closed by the time we got the vehicle towed but Randy was waiting on us when we arrived. The service department got to work on our truck the following morning. It was ready for us to pickup by 11am Friday morning and we were back on the road home. I can't thank Randy at the dealership and Robby at HR Towing for all their help.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu car from this dealership. While the car buying experience was decent. The car itself gave me issues after 2 days of purchasing it. I've been back to the dealership twice letting them know about my concerns. The car vibrates while driving. They didn't offer to trade the car in for another 1. They were made aware of my issues a couple of days after financing. I just wanted something reliable to drive. The minimum wasn't done to resolve the issue. They sold me a bad car and refused to fix the issue. This dealership doesn't care about customers satisfactory. The front desk salesmen who answer the phone are rude and arrogant. They knew it was a bad car when they sold it to me.

Pace had 2 trucks that were on my shortlist, but ended up finding the perfect truck at the last minute elsewhere. Had I not found that truck. I would have been very comfortable buying from Pace. Ken and Kyle were very helpful in answering my questions with no typical sales pressure. Will definitely look at Pace anytime in the future I'm in the market for a lifted truck.

I purchased a vehicle from this used car dealership in September 2015. I also secured a loan to purchase this vehicle. The following year when my tag was due to be renewed I went to the tax commission to renew and they refused because the title still had not been changed into my name. The tax commission then told me to contact the dealer who sold me the vehicle. When I contacted the dealer he apologized and admitted to it being his mistake. He stated he would fix it immediately but it would take about 30 days for everything to come back from the State of Mississippi. I also contacted my loan company and they told me it was the dealers responsibly to have the title changed into my name. One month later I went back to the tax commission to try and renew my tag and was refused again. In the meantime I was pulled over and given a ticket. At my court date I pleaded not guilty because this is out of my control. I received a new court date for this ticket. I have contacted the dealer again who then stated the state lost my title. I then contacted the state and the Title Bureau Director stated they never received anything and she was unable to find my certificate of title but the vehicle was registered in my name. I am now paying a loan and insurance for a vehicle that has another name on the title. My insurance company has also stated i may not be covered since the title is in my name even though i am paying for full coverage. My tag is now 9 months expired. As of May 15, 2017 the title to this vehicle still has not been put into my name. In conclusion, I am paying for a vehicle that technically is not even mine because this dealership has failed to do the proper paperwork for this sale. If you purchase from this dealer be sure to see a title first! This has been a nightmare!

Let me start by saying this is our third Volvo. Had to have my daughter’s car (mileage 50,800) towed there because it was the closest dealership, only to have the service advisor talk down to her when she arrived and told her they could not even look at the car until the following week. When they finally contacted her with the quote, it was over $2000.00 for a battery change. We contacted another dealership to confirm that the prices were out of line and sure enough, they were. We contacted the service department ant Volvo Cars Jackson and told them so, they said the price was the price. Now, we will have to pick the car up and trailer or tow it back to another dealership. You HAVE to do better Volvo Cars Jackson! I would have given no stars but this app wouldn’t allow less than one star:(
