Bought 2023 Nissan Sentra in Aug. 2023 .Salesman was nice but the man in the finance dept was not..He pushed about 8 or 10 pages to me and when I was trying to read them he just rushed me to sign. In the end I got with a loan shark finance company and the both of them got me This was my first time I bought a car on my own. The interest rate is too high, I am paying $500.00 a month and only $160.00 is applaud to note.trying to get in contact with FTC tolet them know. Also in Nov. Battery lost power and instead of getting a new battery the service dept simply charged it up.

Well this dealship did us right. We bought our daughter a new CRV sport-L and when we got home we noticed spots on the car. We brought the CRV back and they tried to get the spots off but could not get them off. We thought we were out of luck and that this was an ordinary dealer, but wow did they pull through for us. They made everything right and my daughter is extremely happy. Thank you Pine Belt Honda. We will do buisness with you again.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles from Crown Dodge but with the new ownership I will never walk on the lot again. This owner put a shaft to me as I wrote a check to hold the vehicle, (his idea) and he was going to hold it until I sold my truck and the agreement was to hold it for 10 days. He deposited the check the next day and my bank account was locked and the finance person or salesman didn't know what happened or how it happened until the finance manager realized the owner had taken my check and deposited without notifying anyone. It got worse as I had to get an attorney to straighten it out because I refused to purchase the vehicle but the new finance company was told the sale was complete so I was in trouble there as well and this ordeal took about 5 days and the truck looked like it had come through a demolition derby by the time I got it and I had to pay $800 to get the dents out and spot paint it. I am still considering a law suit. The sales per and finance person both left the company

Absolutely the worst communications I have ever encountered… my jeep has been with them for over a month and a technician has not looked at it yet. Neither the service writer (Sergio) or the service manager (Scott) will take my calls or call me back. I have no idea whether the actual service department is good or not. But I certainly can’t recommend taking your vehicle to Landers CDJR in Southaven!

Finally an honest dealership (and I've been to many). Purchased a great vehicle at a great price. Very knowledgeable, answered every question my husband threw at them, which was a lot. My husband even went one step further and asked questions about the car we drove up in and the guy actually asked him to pop the hood and showed him what needed to be done (this was before we purchased anything). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I'll never shop anywhere else.

Please pay attention to the negative reviews! The people selling used cars at this dealership are transacting in an unethical manner. We recently bought an older truck from them that seemed to be in decent mechanical condition. Within a week of purchase, the truck showed major issues. A mechanic inspected it and indicated it needs THOUSANDS of dollars in mechanical repair. I contacted the dealer because we just bought the vehicle. Asked them for help. Told them it was financially devastating to our family. All they said back to me was - thanks for your purchase. ...the truck was purchased as is. That's all they said. It has now been less than 3 weeks since we purchased it - there's no way these issues just suddenly happened out of nowhere right after we bought it. They are UNWILLING to discuss this in good faith and to do the right thing. We spent all of our savings to buy this truck. Once the sale is final, they do not care. No matter the deal.... No matter how great everything seems.... I urge you to take your business elsewhere or you may end up in a financial predicament.

My awful experience began by me searching for a car on CarGurus.com, I was looking for 2019 Dodge Charger GTs, which this dealer had for sale. So I texted the company a few weeks back asking for a certain amount to negotiate, they never contacted me, so I tried to get in contact with them again about a week later, and they still served inconsistency, so I finally got in contact with them again last night and finally got a response, however, it was a response I didn’t expect. At 10:42a.m. today, I got a text from (662) 416-1130, which is this company, in which said: “Hey this is Wesley with King Kars got your lead on this 2019 Dodge Charger where do you get your 16- 17k from outer space? Wish we did have that much up. Are a democrat , or just that dumb.” So I then replied with... : (1/3) “Very professional and intelligent of you to confront me in such a way as a car salesman acting as a savage. I will be reporting this rude message to the manager. Thanks for making it that easy. Oh, and maybe next time it would be more convenient and intelligent if you asked about a down payment... Smh shows exactly how ignorant you are and you should be terminated for coming at me in such a way. Hope you learn something because this behavior makes this dealership look a mess, such a bad vibe...” (2/3) “Oh, and in the first sentence I was using sarcasm which you wouldn't know.” (3/3) “But I will call and discuss this with your manager, and maybe he/she and I can work out a deal. We live in TN and my husband works M-F 8-5 so going to look at the car together during the week was out of the question. The dealership is open on Saturdays but my husband was a groomsman in 3 different weddings toward the end of June and first weekend in July so going to look at the car on a Saturday was out as well. Tom from Sam Stevens offered to come in on the Fourth of July so that we could look at the car. We ended up driving down to Mississippi the morning of the Fourth of July and we drove back to Tennessee in our new Altima that we purchased from Sam Stevens. Sarah from TN

STARTED GREAT/ENDING BAD - COOLGUYKEL

This is more directed to American financial but I am totally not please with American Car Center as a whole. My Car Broke down about 3 weeks ago, the engine blew in my vehicle while I was driving almost causing me to be in a head on collision with a 18 wheeler when my car broke down I asked the dealership to tow the vehicle it took them a week to tow the vehicle from the place where it broke down to the dealership, the day the vehicle was towed it was towed to another dealership besides the one where I purchased the car. After sitting at the dealership for day it was sent to a repair shop. The repair shop came back 3 days later and stated that the engine blown. a representative from the warranty department Rudely contacted me and told me the repairs would be 4 thousand something odd dollars and that I would have to pay half up front and then the other half they would provide me with a ''side a loan" to pay for the rest but I would be required to pay it back, weeks have gone by and nobody has been keeping me up-to-date. with whats goin on I keep being told that they are waiting on one particular "VP" in the company to make a decision on what to do with the vehicle whether the vehicle should be deemed unethical to repair or not. this week makes a month that I have been without my car, this past Monday I called Hyundai to run a recall check on my car and turns out there are 3 recalls the ENGINE,RADIO AND SEATBELTS which is everything that ive had wrong with the car since I've had it. I called in to relay this information and sill nothing has changed. I was actually yelled at the last time I called in, the man on the phone told me that he has been around other co-workers when I've called and nothing is going to change by me continuing to call, I just don't see how they can get mad for someone calling in and being so concerned I HAVE SENT 7 PEOPLE TO THIS COMPANY FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY ALL THE CAR THEY DESIRED BUT I WILL NEVER SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL establishment again. things started off so great but this situation has showed the company true colors.--
