Two prior visits - great! This visit was so disrespectful with consumer agent. No, greeting - just spooky and waiting for me to say something- so why did he come out the door and stand next to my vehicle without a word. The service- well I don't know since I didn't get a print out - a receipt. I left but I called back for a report :( A week & 1/2 later my vehicle still brings up the warning ⚠️ TIME TO CHANGE THE OIL. Really - what was it - me or my coupon that consumer was so different this time! Not good at all.
