Very poor customer service, I’ve been coming here for four years and I’ve never experienced such rudeness. I spoke immediately when walking through the door and no one parted their lips to speak back until I made a comment. I still waited about five minutes before someone actually asked if they could assist me, only to almost get turned around by a new associate by the name of Scott. He proceeded to tell me that they close at 530 and it wasn’t even 5 yet(I only needed an oil change). Had the services manager never spoke up and told him to take me i would’ve been rudely turned away. This is unacceptable. I normally deal with Rod or Darius but those two we’re in on today. However if this continues I will not be back.

Took my F150 in on 10/4/22 because it was running rough and 'Check Engine' light was on. I'll spare you the details of how many calls I made checking on progress - there were too many to count. Many times I was promised a return call by Lucinda, but was NEVER called back. Not once. I finally got the truck back on 11/21/22. You read that right -- 7 WEEKS LATER! Many excuses of not having the parts, the mechanic is out sick, the mechanic is working on something else, and on, and on, and on. 7 weeks later and a bill for $13,485! Earlier that year (7/12/22) they had the truck for a simple oil change. I was there before they opened and was told 'about 30 minutes'. It was a full 2 1/2 hour wait for a simple oil change, first customer of the day!! Heed the other warnings, go somewhere else. If you choose to have service done here, just remember ... I told you so.

Customer Service is so rare now days but when someone goes above and beyond and make your problems their problems, you have to say Thank You, because people really don't care anymore. Service Person Brittney Speed and the Service Manager Jeff Katz took my problem and made it their problem, and for that alone they will have me as a customer for life. Being a single parent normally taken advantage of, especially regarding car repairs, it is hard to trust people. Surprisingly, Mr. Jeff called me numerous times, reassuring me, giving me feedback of what my extended warranty. Basically, Jeff and Brittney went above their work duties. I would definitely recommend the Grey Daniel Nissan Brandon, MS location for services and sales. Jeff and Brittney thanks again for taking care of me, because at the end of the day, this was my problem that you took care of. Grey Daniel Nissan puts customer service first. Thanks Pamela Thomas.

I must edit this review. Obviously saying I was robbed is hyperbole. I am angry and every thing else stands as written, but I was not robbed. I was robbed today at Griffis Motors, Philadelphia, MS. I called yesterday (1/10/24) to ask about REMOTE START being added to my car. There’s supposedly a dealer code that will add it if you have push button start and the right remote. “What do I do for that to happen?" I asked. “We have one key fob here and it’s about $350 + tax” was the reply. I agreed to come in the next day (1/11/24). When I walked in, I gave my name and said I had called yesterday about REMOTE START for my car. The person I talked to walked me back to the shop. When I spoke to the young man there, I said I had come to get REMOTE START added to my car. I gave him my insurance card so he could get the VIN. I said it was for the Jeep because the Suzuki already had REMOTE START. I only needed REMOTE START added to the Jeep. Still no statement from them that they couldn’t do REMOTE START for me, only give me a new key fob. I waited less than an hour, paid my bill ($372.58) and left. On driving away, I realized I hadn’t asked how the REMOTE START worked, plus my radio was off and I didn’t know how to turn it back on. I went back to the dealership. I went in and told them about the radio. When the young man from the shop came, he said it would just be a moment. Then I asked how the REMOTE START worked. He said that my car wasn’t programmed for REMOTE START. I knew then I had been duped. Actually, I think everyone made a silly mistake but I knew then they wouldn’t own up to it. The usual xx started. “Who told you you could get REMOTE START?” Doesn’t matter – your dealership told me. “You must have said ‘key fob’ and we misunderstood.” No. I repeatedly said REMOTE START and nothing else. “We can do the REMOTE START for $1000 + labor. And I’ll even give you $150 refund for the key fob.” You know … the one I didn’t need that I had now. Bottom line – they refuse to refund my money. I have a key fob I didn’t need and no REMOTE START which I did need. I cannot in good conscience recommend Griffis Motors to anyone.

We took our F-250 diesel to this dealership because we had heard our friends bragging about the friendly and professional treatment they had been receiving at Hallmark Ford. We will now be the ones bragging on Hallmarks service from this point on. We had taken my f-250 to other repair shops previously and had very mixed results. That was not the case at Hallmark we are 100% satisfied and will return.
