Service Advisor Kasey Ackins is a very professional and knowledgeable individual. He is to be commended on the way he communicated with me when my vehicle was out of service. I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. I was seen almost immediately! My service rep was very patient and accommodating as he explained what was found after my oil change and inspection was complete, and explained what my options were moving forward. I appreciated the multiple options given as he took time to answer my questions, making sure I understood his explanations. I received great customer service as I always do!

The service department is terrible. They fought with the warranty company for 2 weeks while my truck sat in the parking lot. I had to call everyday to check progress. They don’t return calls in a timely manner. Quoted me $7000 for transmission that it turns out I didn’t need (took truck to another dealer). They treat you like an inconvenience more than a customer. I will never deal with them again. Other dealer worked with the warranty company and had my torque converter replaced for a fraction of the frivolous quote from Carl hogan.
