Dealer was able to get me in quickly, unfortunately the service took several hours due to a software update from Ford. Waiting room was clean and there were comfortable chairs available. Staff was friendly and helpful, too. Service technician struggled to balance the tires during the rotation, which took some extra time. Overall, I do recommend them and will be back!

Great service department. Kerrie, Ben & JB. We had a rattling noise with our 2020 QX60. They kept our car and looked for the noise until they found it. Diligent. We used a loaner vehicle until ours was fixed. No noise! Great ride.

I wrote a bad review on Wednesday July 24th mentioning Rose Monzingo about not returning my calls not knowing she was off on that day. I have apologized to her as she called me Thursday morning to explain and has acted extremely professional and kind to help me set up another date to get my car serviced. Rose is an excellent service advisor and I wish she had been there the day I got so upset. I am sure she would have handled the situation with pure integrity and honesty. Again, I apologize Rose and I hope you can forgive me for making a poor judgement publicly.

I've always heard that a dealership is no better than their service department. Anthony Doss in the service department is reason enough to do business with Acura of Jackson! Ask for him if you need to get your vehicle serviced. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with updates! The waiting area, has a TV room with a charging station, free snacks and beverages, last but not least, a children's play area.

This place is full of arogant xxxxxx who don't care at all about their customers. The car we bought was a lemon and they refused to take any responsibility for it. I would not recomend anyone to even walk through the door, let alone risk purchasing a vehicle from these people. Ricardo (the owner of the dealership) told me flat-out that "he could help me, but he wasn't going to" basically because he would rather leave us waiting in his office for an hour, rather than resolve the numerous problems that we had with the car and his staff.
