Jimmy is the Service Manager and Dee is the parts manager. These two guys have almost 60 combined years in GM experience. For the BEST quality service in Mississippi, this is a must go to dealership. They will do what it takes to keep your vehicle in tip top running shap. Unlike other dealerships, the service manager doesn't test drive vehicles. Jimmy Steadman will take time to oversee everything pertaining to your vehicle from start to finish. The service advisors are also friendly and knowledgable.

Dealer was able to get me in quickly, unfortunately the service took several hours due to a software update from Ford. Waiting room was clean and there were comfortable chairs available. Staff was friendly and helpful, too. Service technician struggled to balance the tires during the rotation, which took some extra time. Overall, I do recommend them and will be back!

I was visiting my mother in Biloxi when my car began to give me trouble w rpms, I was able to call and easily talk to the dealership about my concerns - whether I should tow the car in. I was warned about 9 cars ahead, but agreed to let me bring the car in - and even got me a lunch appointment for diagnosis. I was thrilled!! Within the hour, had diagnosis - my extended warranty and my car fax maintenance all in their computer. Was told it would take one day for parts and likely be ready the day after. Well don't you know, Kerry calls me the following early afternoon - my car was all ready, washed and waiting. I was amazed. Great staff - don't think I would have gotten this kind of service in my hometown. I will definitely return to MS as my preferred dealer. ??

After receiving several request to give Bob Boyte a second chance, on 04-5-25, at 830am i called and asked to speak to the service department to schedule service for my truck. The first time I was sent over to a ringing line that no one answered and the line hung up on me. The second time I asked and said what happened and it again went over to a ringing line and after ringing and ringing I again was hung up on. The third time I explained all I want to do is schedule a service appointment, the operator stated she would page someone. No one answered and I again was hung up on. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager at which time I was placed on hold and a while later a woman answered and when I asked if this was the service department or manager she stated neither and stated the manger is out and will not be back till Monday. I asked this person if I would be able to schedule an appointment and I was told in a very disrespectful way, "We only have 2 service advisors on duty today and they are Busy with other clients , i should try back later". At this point I will not be trying back later or never, I will find another service dept and will never step foot in their doors. I would recommend never going here to anyone as they don't care about customers, I only wish Ray Brandt was back there as they did care and made sure their customers were always taken care of, without attitude.

I have been loyal to this dealership since I have moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and I must say the service advisor, Ms. Ashley Stephens, has been more than amazing with getting my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed in a timely manner. Worst experience ever with a dealership. They had my truck for over 7 weeks and never heard from them. I went to the dealership and found out that they didn't do anything to my vehicle. I have been taking this truck in for the same problems since I purchased it. All I ever get is "can't duplicate" they never even go passed plugging in the code reader. I had to get Chrysler/Stellantis involved and they didn't even reply to them. I moved my vehicles to the Flowood office and they found the problem with my Jeep the first day and was in touch with Chrysler/Stellantis about my truck. Mac Haik has no way of getting in touch with anyone outside of their dealership to help resolve any problems with the dealership. I'll never take my vehicles for repairs or ever purchase a vehicle from them again.
