Very inflexible service department. Use unprofessional language and unwilling to accommodate a working mother's schedule. They actually told me they were too busy because they were ready to leave early to go to Tupelo Furniture Market. They must have plenty of pre existing business because theywere didn't seem too eager to earn more than what they have. I will drive an extra 15miles to West Point dealership. They were much nicer.

I am so sorry to say I think Chris is his name, he is the one that ws ouside to take the info about your propblem & set you up to get your service done, but he is super friendly, & helpful. A great asset to the company. He remembered my name on the second visit for another problem. I have heard from other people that they are one of the most honest dealerships in Mississippi.
