I have already posted a lengthy complaint on the Facebook page of Laurel Kia, where the Owner of the Laurel Dealership had posted a letter to his Employees and the Community. My service, after a two months appointment wait, never took place. My car was at KIA for two days and was never examined by a technician. The employee at the Service Desk evidenced no customer relations skills and I don't believe she ever made eye contact with me. She was not apologetic for their failure to meet my appointment service needs or the inconvenience this caused my family and me. I don't believe she cared what I thought of her, her department or KIA in general. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a KIA vehicle from this Dealership if you expect to receive service there. Two oil changes on my vehicle thru the Laurel Ford Service Dept. were pleasant experiences. Donna Blackwell
