I am more than grateful with the Service that I received from the Service Department in helping me with my 2022 BMW X7. Ms. Katie was more than capable and helpful with getting my Small truck logged on into the BMW System. The Galleria BMW auto Service was multitasking helping each, and every customer out some customers was very rude to them, but I saw them handle these customers with patient, kindness, respectful and very professional in spite of the way that they was being treated by some of the customers.
