I received great service and assistance! There team was able to fix a complex issue with my Mercedes. I was treated with respect & professionalism and back on the road within an hour! The service rep Mike R and cashier Grace K turned a tough situation into a great day! It's folks like these that make you glad you bought a Mercedes in the first place.

I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New - Nikki Wright

I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Through Mercedes Roadside Assistance, the operator arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership in Jackson. The receptionist and service department went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. The service department had the tire in stock, and as it was 5pm on Friday, and the service department is not open on Saturday, I was resigned to wait until at least Monday to get a new tire. One of their technicians, Brian Kelly, came in ON HIS DAY OFF to replace my tire. You just don't find kindness and excellence like that anymore. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
