On April 6, 2026 I bought 4 new installed tires. On April 8, 2026 I went back to the dealership thinking that I didn’t receive the tires that I had agreed to buy. I spoke to Mr. Kevin whom sold me the tires. Mr. Kevin researched my concern and then personally investigated my complaint. In the end I was incorrect and apologized to Mr. Kevin and his Supervisor Management Staff. The sales team were very diligent and eager to satisfy my concern. My patron was reinforced by the team’s professional and personal support. I highly appreciate Mr. Kevin Poe’s attention to detail and willingness to help. They don’t care about anyone unless you are a big time spender. They sold me a truck and after 2 months it broke and they are saying there’s nothing they can do to help me because if they did it for me then they would have to do it for everyone else but they sure don’t mind bending over backwards for all the big money people that comes in there and that’s pretty sorry in my book

Awful in every way. I brought my car here for a transmission fix. To note: I made sure they were aware I had a transmission issue and they swore they were fully capable of fixing it. A full 2 weeks come and go, and all they did was stare at it for 2 minutes and charge me $136. They did not do anything. I paid them over a hundred dollars so they could look at it, sip a beer, and walk away. When I tried talking to them, all they said was they can't fix it, and I'll have to take it elsewhere. Terrible service.

Laurel Ford service department has the car we bought 5 months ago in their shop for the fourth time with the same problem (6th time it's been in a shop since buying 5 months ago) They either don't know what they are doing or they don't want to fix it. Either way, our experience with this has been horrible. The car has been there 7 days right now, it is Friday and they say they may have it fixed by Tuesday of next week because the fuel pump has not come in. I have NO IDEA why they did not ship it overnight! That is 11 days it will be in their shop, if it is even fixed then. Very unacceptable! Ford Motor Co will not stand behind their brand either. Customer service is a joke!

Bought a 2012 king ranch from premier in October 2017 they refused to give me any history on the truck .. Had to replace the crankshaft seal they put in it along with the fuel rail which found out after purchase truck been towed 7 times since purchase ... Stan grunnels told me in July after the truck quit that if I towed it from Florida to there shop he would trade me out of it ... Got it to him and he once again refuse to offer any help other than it was not his problem and he wasn't gonna touch the truck again .... Still owe 26 k on the truck had to buy another truck to travel for work now we are having to pay for both vehicles ... At this point the only help i want from them is to buy the lemon they sold me back or pay to have the engine repaured in it and I will continue to pay for it .... Just a lol help Stan wasn't asking for a full refund by any means . we have only put 22k miles on this truck .it had been towed 7 times ... In 10 months ....
