They will say anything to make you feel you are getting a great deal, then sell you a vehicle that will break down almost instantly and refuse to help after receiving their money. Do not trust them! Started ignoring my phone calls and not returning any voicemails after they left me with a broken chevy and an $9k loan!

I bought a car from Apple Auto July 3rd for 10,000. A 2010 Subaru Outback I let you know I was purchasing a new car to drive cross country to make my move to Seattle, I was assured that the car was in excellent shape and that it had been checked over by the mechanics and could definitely make the drive. This car broke down, battery ran out, alternator died in the middle of Montana. While preparing for the trip across country I had the oil changed and the car checked, during this investigation I found that the whole front undercarriage was held together by zip ties which unfortunately I know nothing about cars so I would never look for that. During repair on the alternator and fixing the zip ties, they found that the vacuum line was completely rotted out. Be honest with your customers in the future because this was disappointing. All THREE of the mechanics I went to said that I was taken advantage of and the car was NOT checked over closely before the 10,000 sale. I know we cannot predict the future, but there were things with the sale of this car that should have been fixed or taking care of that were not and I just want to put it out into the universe that that was not OK and you made my life difficult and hard. I wasn't met outside but that's understandable I was only there for about 3 minutes and it was extremely cold. When I went in I was greeted nicely. The office could be nicer but the salesman was perfessional. Let me test drive without Hassel and worked with me on getting my car. I ended up getting a 2007 pontiac g6 gt. I had some questions of course about the car and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking.

We spoke via text. Everything started off fine. I sent him pictures of the vehicle I wanted to trade in. He asked how much I'd like for my vehicle so I told him. His response was kinda rude. Basically he told me to sell it on my own. He did give me a number no more no less. I said okay well how much are you able to come on the car I was looking at? His response was "none"! He proceeded to explain why the car he was selling was so perfect and that there was over 20k in aftermarket parts on it. I responded with a question about these aftermarket parts and never heard back from him again. He lost a sale! Money wasn't my problem. I didn't have to trade in my car to make this purchase. I have cash in hand, but apparently he thought I was full of crap and I was wasting his time. Their loss ! I'll take my business elsewhere!!!

We had a 2 hour drive to get to the dealer, and it was slower going due to weather. The dealer was nice enough to stay open later for us. We needed a low-mile, affordable, but reliable car for our newly licensed daughter, and it the car was so nice that it was worth the drive. The car was spotlessly clean inside and out. The previous owner obviously took care of it, but the dealer made it shine! It made gifting it to her even quicker as it was ready to go!

They spent hours with us very patiently going through all our vehicle and financing options. They even let us drive it home (35 miles round trip) to make sure the vehicle would fit in our garage. It was Labor Day weekend (Saturday) and the service people stayed late to put on our truck's accessories and our sales person stayed late to show us all the internal accessories and make sure we understood everything. FANTASTIC place, would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone out there looking!

I am located about 200 miles from this dealer. The sales person, Tyler, was super easy to work with. Sent me detailed info on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, did a background on my trade, reviewed photos and my description and gave me a conditional offer on a trade value based on inspecting the vehicle in person. The day I arrived, I looked over their vehicle, they looked over mine, the paperwork was already prepared so I was back on the road with my new vehicle in 30 minutes. I thought Derek the sales man was being nice and trying to help me out at first, then after I paid the down payment of the SUV and I started having problems with the SUV less then a month after purchase, he was no help what so ever. He tricked me into thinking this was a great SUV I purchased. I spent almost $9,000 on it. The SUV started having problems about 2 weeks after purchase and he wouldn't help me. He tricked me into purchasing a warranty for the vehicle that was $1,500 and covered pretty much nothing. I found out the vehicles BB value was only $3,000 after I purchased the vehicle. The problems with the SUV started getting worse and worse and within 2 months, it wouldn't even start. The only thing Derek did for me was offer to bring the SUV to his mechanic, which he did and told me there was nothing wrong with it. I then took it to my personal mechanic and he told me everything that was wrong with it, right away. I had to let this vehicle get repossessed because the repairs to the vehicle far exceeded what it was even worth. I asked a lot of questions when purchasing the vehicle and received a lot of false answers. I'm surprised this lot is even still in business. If you are looking at buying a vehicle from this dealership... DON'T!! The 2 men that run this place are a bunch of clowns and liars. All they want is their commission check, not to satisfy their customers.

We purchased a vehicle from Druk. We paid cash, in full and they delivered to SD. We still have NO title and have only gotten lies and the run around!!! WORST customer service ever!!! I was looking for a very specific vehicle with a few rarer features. Hard to find was an understatement, and I was having absolutely no luck with the other local dealers in St. Cloud or the Cities. Steve and Ron listened to exactly what I wanted and found it. It was as easy as ordering dinner at a restaurant. Every other place I tried kept trying to push me into something close and telling me why I didn't need the missing features. The impression I got from the other dealerships is they didn't want to do try if it wasn't easy, and they definitely didn't want to do any footwork.
