I admit we bought the car as is, but after only 3400 miles, we have accumulated over $1,850 in repair bills to fix things that should have been fixed prior to the sale. No customer service and after the sale…they don’t care about anything.

We loved working with Kevin and the team at Perfect 10. They worked with us so we could take home a beautiful car! The only piece of feedback I’d like to provide is that they discontinue placing their dealership decal directly on the cars. Perhaps placing their name on a license plate rounder would be better or having their name engraved on the direct opposite side of the vehicle’s name. The decal takes away from the overall look of the vehicle. Other than that, a good time was had by all!! Thank you Perfect 10!

This dealership uses the old bait and switch tactic. My wife and I took 1/2 day off of work. Drove almost 100 miles roundtrip to purchase a vehicle that we verified the payment on. Low and behold that was not exactly the right information, OOPS she says. It is about $100 a month more. Then when I said it wasn't right and complained...all they said was..We have been in business many years..blah blah blah! Overall service experince was EXTREMELY POOR. They play games and they try to pull one over on you. Example...well we can;t get you that payment at 60 months...how about we look at 82 months. WHAT are you KIDDING ME! Am I am idot? my advice...go somewhere else...somewhere where they treat customers with respect not just as a sale. Terrible experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I bought a 2002 Toyota Camry thinking that I was getting a good car and good deal, wrong!! The car was dirty, drove it home (300 miles away) and two days later the engine blow-up! called them and they did not want to help. I had to get an attorney to get involved just to get the car fixed (they would not give my money back)spending another $600 on that I had to pay for the tow truck to bring the car down to there shop (they wouldn't let me have my own auto repair work on it) that was another $600 then I had to keep calling to find out if the car was done or not, they would not call me back. I had to call the auto shop to find out when I would get it back, the dealership would not give me this number so I had to get it from the two truck driver. Three months later after rebuilding the whole engine I drove it home, oil leaked like a sieve through the head gasket and the air conditioner didn't work(the auto repair shop said it looks like it had been in an accident) and starter went out all within a month of getting it back. I spent $15,000 on what was initially $10,500 vehicle.

We drove 4 hours to test drive a Ford Explorer. When we got there, we were greeted in a professional manner. I think her name was Breauna,, got the keys and plate warmed up the car for us and told us to go drive it around. Take your time and really test drive it. When we got back she asked us what we thought. We like it but, it was a big step to take right away. Breauna went over all the work that was done and really assured us how safe and reliable this car will be. We bought it and drove it home. We were very pleased with all the info she gave us. The speed of getting our paperwork done, and telling us what to expect when they transfer the title. We will go 4 hours out of our way again and again. Thank you for the friendly service.
