Cole doesn’t try to sell u a car plus three other people at the same time. He focused on what we wanted. It’s better to sell and focus on customers needs then trying to catch everyone that walks in too sell to them. Mitch and Efrain we met there too but of all your sales force I think Cole really cared about your needs. Other sales force I saw trying to catch the next person when they are all ready helping someone. Give the full attention on customers. That’s the best way a dealer can work. I think your Manager of Cole was an awesome caring person. I forgot his name. I think he will run an awesome dealership someday with his professional ways of helping.

I have a step brother that works at another dealership, so no matter how hard they pushed, we were walking out the door anyway. I felt that was the only reason why they let us leave. We liked the vehicle they had, but didn't like the hard sell they were pushing on us.

The trade in and purchase process was not only fair but, seamless. I ran into a dashboard light a few days after purchase and reached out to Joe who tackled it without batting an eye. Got my car back and it came back on. I called Joe again and he was not only sympathetic but, was already steps ahead of me to get it taken care of.
