Just stopped in to look inquire about one of their used vehicles. I'm currently just shopping to find that one and only car, and the sales manager and saleswoman I worked with were not only courteous, but not upset I was just shopping. Although I didn't buy, I appreciated their taking the time to understand where I am at in the process of finding my "midlife crisis" remedy.

DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.

We had a very good experiance with Ace Auto Cars. Their lot was full of all types of nice looking vehicles and the dealership was clean and well kept. It was busy the day we went, but we were able to test drive and purchase a vehicle with in an hour. The staff was friendly and the vehicles we looked at were immaculate! They are a little of the beaten path of 169, but with Google maps they were easy to find.

I came to look at a certain car and they had it ready for me in the warm garage. Trevor answered all our questions and was informative and respectful of our concerns. I just bought my first car from Motorwerks BMW and worked with Steven Kojack. He is both helpful and very smart, never tiring of my questions and machinations. I left tonight so confident in my decision in my car purchase, equally confident in the Motorwerks BMW dealership, and delighted to have worked with a person like Steven for what is likely my last car purchase. Some people may buy cars more frequently than my schedule, but I was treated as if I'd be back in a year for another car, and another after that--like I was some sort of high-value customer or big spender. If this is not my last car purchase, I will be back to Motorwerks BMW and I know Steven will be as patient next time as he was this time. Go there without hesitation and be assured that Steven will help you with your purchase, not just write up the order like some clerk.
