Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The few times he didn't know the answer to my questions, he was resourceful and asked or looked it up. I knew I could trust him when he did that instead of guessing or making up an answer. Nick and Alex both showed great patience and grace as my journey to choose and retrieve my car panned three days. When I could not decide between two trim packages on paper, Nick said with a smile "Heck, I can pull both of these up and you can sit in both of them and see for yourself what the difference is." I don't think I ever saw Nick without a smile on his face the whole 3 days.
