Oil change and tire rotation. They sent me a video of my car's checkup. It showed dirty air filters. No pressure to change them, just indicated they might need changing next time. I asked to have them changed. Trustworthy people.

We are new to the area and I needed a 6-month service on my 2024 Forester. I also had failed to upgrade my windshield fluid to the cold weather version needed up here in northern Minnesota. As a result, my wiper system was clogged with ice. It was very busy the day I had my appointment due to the sudden appearance of snow and winter weather, but Service Represent Devan Wilder took care of everything effectively and efficiently. He explained things very well and was very accommodating. I was impressed with the dealership’s use of technology for quick notifications throughout the time they worked on my car and also the efficient payment process. This is a top notch dealership and I will definitely sign up for Devan Wilder as my Service Representative for my next visits.

Did a temp fix under warranty, then that didn't work. - Briantheis
Did a temp fix under warranty, then that didn't work. I had the exact same issue after warranty ended so they did an actual repair and charged me for the repair that was reported under warranty time. Dealer should honor the issue reported during warranty and fix at no charge since the exact issue was reported again.
