Timely, quality service in a clean and professional environment. Employees were friendly and welcoming, but not overbearing or pushy about selling additional services. Although some services were priced slightly higher than online estimates, with an appointment I was served quickly and my vehicle was left clean and functioning better than when I arrived. I am willing to pay a reasonable, yet slightly higher rate if the overall service and environment are comfortable and quality...and that is what I find at Walser Subaru St. Paul!

She was very pleasant and didn’t try to pressure me as I made my decision. She is the real deal—personable, patient, non-judgemental and extremely helpful when answering all my questions (even after purchase), through every step as we closed the deal.

Huge shoutout to John S, one of the service managers. WOW and a huge thanks to him & his team for all the help with my vehicle last week. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!

tire pressure on all tires and warning light on, I am handicapped but can drive, Shane waited on me and he was excellent! He was polite, courteous and had the tire pressure where it should be in minutes...light went out after about a mile of driving...I was very impressed with him!
