We are new to the area and I needed a 6-month service on my 2024 Forester. I also had failed to upgrade my windshield fluid to the cold weather version needed up here in northern Minnesota. As a result, my wiper system was clogged with ice. It was very busy the day I had my appointment due to the sudden appearance of snow and winter weather, but Service Represent Devan Wilder took care of everything effectively and efficiently. He explained things very well and was very accommodating. I was impressed with the dealership’s use of technology for quick notifications throughout the time they worked on my car and also the efficient payment process.
