The service department at this dealership is incredibly shady. I had to have my vehicle towed into the dealership (for warranty work). Before I turned it over to the two company, I took pictures of the error messages I was getting on my dash. After the warranty repairs were completed--they suddenly found another error message that they couldn't warranty-even though I had never gotten this error message before. So it appears they either "break stuff" or "Makeup repairs" so they can bill you. Do not trust

My granddaughters 96 850 ran very poorly when cold (dangerous stalling) but fine when warm. Took it in for diagnosis. It came back with the report saying it needed a coolant temp sensor and while at it; plugs, wires, cap, rotor thermostat. I paid the diagnostic charge, took it to my mechanics shop, did all the recommended repairs and behold, no difference. I returned to Borton's in GV and raised a stink. They graciously took the old gold rusty girl back. They spent many hours trying to identify the source of the problem, assigning some of their top guys to crack the nut. I believe they accepted this challenge and were not going to be stumped They called a few days later and said the believed the problem was a faulty TPS. They offered to order the part at cost and do a free install. I said no, I would pay for labor. I paid for the diagnosis, part at cost and $50 labor. The result, a perfect running old Volvo and a happy high school senior. Thanks, to the parts and service people and everyone else, I give you an A+ and will tell others about your commitment to customer satisfaction!

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
