I knew the owner from years ago. I was in desperate need... - Abused and Oppressed
I knew the owner from years ago. I was in desperate need of a vehicle and I thought that he would be the one to help me in my time of need. I was unemployed and close to being homeless. I took my last 900 dollars and asked him to sale me a vehicle for about $1500. I came back a few days later and gave him another $500 from the sale of my other vehicle. I told him that I needed it to be in fairly good condition. I didn't want to spend a lot of money in repairs because I didn't have the money. He took me for a test drive in a 18 yr old vehicle on a straight road. He talked me into buying the vehicle for $3286. While driving home I found out that there was a lot play in the steering, a lot of knocking from underneath due to the need of ball joint shocks and struts and bad rack and pinion. I begged him to put me something that was safe enough to ride children in because I often ride children to and from church. I just found out buy his brother that he charged me $1000 more than the list price and even the list price was about $800 to $1000) above what the vehicle sales for. I had paid my bill of $108 dollars faithfully and was never late and always paid in full. I asked him almost 3 months ago if he would forgive the debt because I could no longer drive the vehicle because of the condition. I had a mechanic look at the vehicle and he told me that the vehicle was to dangerous to drive and that it was dangerous when I bought it (He explains preexisting conditions like ABS deterioration of components, rack and pinion completely shot shock and struts needed to be replace.) The mechanic stopped writing a list of things that need to be repaired because the cost was too much. He stopped at around $2300.This did not include replacement of the brake system. He said tht would forgive my debt and never did and it is now a negative mark on my credit report. Both him and Secure Auto Loan who financed me , THEY ARE BOTH LIARS AND CHEATERS. He lied and he cheated a women who was already having a hard time in life. And Secure Auto kept passing me around like I was a foot ball when ever I would call to address the issue. I learned a valuable lesson. Know the character of the person you are going to give your money to. Do your research before you give your hard earn money.
