I purchased my 2019 jeep Wrangler JL in 2021 and had a very good experience. Fast forward to 9/2024 I received a call from Jackson is sales, he was just following up with me about my purchase and asking if I was still enjoying it. I told him I love the Jeep but I noticed some corrosion issues (a very well known issue that Jeep has had for many years), Jackson is not in the service area but he let me know that he would check with service and call me back. About 40 minutes later I received a call from Jackson and he not only helped me setup an appointment with service, but also advised that because the warranty was ending in a couple of months we should get this reviewed asap. The appointment went great, it was determined that the corrosion issue is what was causing the paint to bubble. Although they are not able to get my jeep in until January, because I brought it in when I did the issues that were found will be repaired but any additional issues that might arise between now and January will also be addressed and repaired.
