Superb service to out-of-towners. Visiting our grandkid while parents were away for a week, we had the tire pressure light come on in our Honda Civic. I called Luther Hopkins Honda to ask if they could run a quick check on tire pressure and deal with the light (which often comes on right after we've had the car serviced; go figure!). They told us to come on over when it was convenient for us. I zipped over, was greeted by a very friendly service technician, who quickly checked the tires (all okay), dealt with the indicator light and, with a big smile and a wave, sent me on my way. No charge. We get the same friendly, efficient service at our Honda dealer back home, so I wasn't surprised--but still highly impressed. (With another dealer in the area, I didn't make it past leaving a phone message.)

Last week, a shop stated my engine needed to be overhauled after overheating. Mankato Honda went the extra mile to test and test to insure the diagnosis was accurate. They were able to replace a leaking part and saved me THOUSANDS!!! I can't thank you enough Mankato Honda Service Team. I use them for all my service - Fair, honest and helpful every time I'm in. But the extra effort they showed in this scenario has made me a walking billboard for the good work they do! On top of this, the sales team found a new vehicle for me and worked with to have the numbers done & vehicle ready right away. These guys work fast! Gave a below market price and were willing to work with me. They have definitely earned my future business!

I recently brought my 2023 Civic in for a recall, and the service consultant who took care of my visit was excellent! The recall letter informed the work would take about two hours, and as I had decided to wait at the dealer for the visit, the service advisor kindly informed they were running a bit behind (cold weather had rendered the service department quite busy), thus the visit may take a bit longer. No problem for me, but not even two hours had gone by when the advisor came to the lounge to inform the work was complete! On this visit, as on all previous visits, the advisor was extremely courteous and professional, and clearly has control of his workday-for which (as his customer) I am very fortunate and grateful. The advisor is Ali Alvi, and Ali absolutely Rocks! -Dennis P.

After 2 trips through the BCC/Honda Service center, I can say that it has been the most helpful and most reasonable experience I have had with an auto dealership and factory service center. They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road. Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
