I can't begin to tell you how impressed my wife and I were with Slavik's patience, professionalism, listening skills and his empathy toward our situation. He was truly a breath of fresh with how we were treated and the service he provided. After hearing the issue I was having with my recent purchase, Slavik said that he not only said he was going to make it right for me, but he said he "wanted" to make it right for me; and he did!!! He really showed us his honesty and integrity in the words he spoke. You hear other companies say that the customer comes first, Slavik Miro demonstrated that with us. Thank you Slavik!! Bruce and Martha Schultz. I want to give a shout out to Qalid Hussein too. Qalid was top notch as well, and kept me in the loop on what was happening with the service being performed on my car. Last week, a shop stated my engine needed to be overhauled after overheating. Mankato Honda went the extra mile to test and test to insure the diagnosis was accurate. They were able to replace a leaking part and saved me THOUSANDS!!! I can't thank you enough Mankato Honda Service Team. I use them for all my service - Fair, honest and helpful every time I'm in. But the extra effort they showed in this scenario has made me a walking billboard for the good work they do! On top of this, the sales team found a new vehicle for me and worked with to have the numbers done & vehicle ready right away. These guys work fast! Gave a below market price and were willing to work with me. They have definitely earned my future business!

This dealership is not the one I bought my 2024 Honda Accord hybrid at, but it is the nearest Honda dealership, and I will certainly continue to do business with them. My fuel pump was checked as part of the recall, and the odd "TD02" service code ("See your dealer") that had been popping up over and over was taken care of, each of these issues by a different technician. All under warranty and at no cost to me. As these issues were complicated enough, I got a free Uber from the dealer to home, and back the next day.

I recently brought my 2023 Civic in for a recall, and the service consultant who took care of my visit was excellent! The recall letter informed the work would take about two hours, and as I had decided to wait at the dealer for the visit, the service advisor kindly informed they were running a bit behind (cold weather had rendered the service department quite busy), thus the visit may take a bit longer. No problem for me, but not even two hours had gone by when the advisor came to the lounge to inform the work was complete! On this visit, as on all previous visits, the advisor was extremely courteous and professional, and clearly has control of his workday-for which (as his customer) I am very fortunate and grateful. The advisor is Ali Alvi, and Ali absolutely Rocks! -Dennis P.

Dudley Peterson was able to track me down from the ID on the keys and persisted in contacting the individual until I was able to get my keys back. He went over and above. After 2 trips through the BCC/Honda Service center, I can say that it has been the most helpful and most reasonable experience I have had with an auto dealership and factory service center. They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road. Will be looking to come to Honda of Bemidji again. Thank you.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
