Took the money and ran. - marty

Had them replace a starter on my truck. They used a reconditioned starter not a new one. 8 days later same problem they "fixed" returned. They would not help with the tow necessary to get the truck to them (2 miles), they would not offer to replace the faulty part without it costing me 2 1/2 hours of shop labor time......very expensive. No communication with management, no offers to assist or help in any way. I have done business with that shop before a few times but I will NO LONGER do business with that shop. They do not stand by their work and that is unacceptable to me.

Exemplary integrity. Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that caused an issue a couple weeks later. Cornerstone Ford got it diagnosed and taken care of. We were very happy with Justin and Jesse’s communication. Overall, their honesty and integrity has Cornerstone Ford as tops for us.

Stood Behind Used Vehicle - Very Satisified Customer

I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this vehicle across the country. Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way. Getting my wife into a loaner car and saving a trip to a horse show my daughter has been looking forward to for quite some time. Thanks Hayford Ford

Have had my car 1 week. - Pissed off

Have had my car 1 week. Estimated $1600.to fix and I would get it 2 days ago. Today the found a new problem. Need $600 more and maybe done in next 2-3 days. Have bought 3 new cars from them. Not 1 call or text from them since I brought my car in to be fixed. No calls returned. No updates from them. No cars there for me to use during this time. I am a 1 car family. This is a huge inconvenience for me. And they should have kept me in the loop. Not just order parts and not talk to me. Service department is deplorable!
