Poor service. Brought a GMC pickup in with a bad wheel bearing. Was told the whole hub assembly was removed to diagnose the issue. Found out the vehicle warranty didn't cover wheel bearings, I took it back home and bought a new bearing set. Upon removing the old bearing, I could see not one bolt of the assembly had been touched. I even had to tap the wheel to get it off. I do believe I was lied to. Won't be going back there..

He was surrounded by a fantastic team, a finance manager Luis, who is very professional, patient & adamant to get us the best deal as well as a very involved and experienced used car manager, both working an hour past close to help. My wite was given the best treatment, demonstrated all the features and truly given nothing but sincere willingness to help and full attention with a no pressure approach. I will go out of my way to recommend this team and dealership and certainly we'll be back in the future!

Stay far away from them. We bought a beautiful low mileage truck with dash lights that they told us was a sensor issue. When we got it checked out, they were shocked we could even drive it the 2 hours home. The struts were cracked, the whole drivetrain was barely even on, and we've spent more on repairs than we paid for it. It's still having issues and we have gotten into serious debt because of this purchase. Don't waste your money here!

We bought a vehicle at a different dealership. The salesperson at Paynesville Cheverolet Buick, Bailey, was extremely helpful. Their sale of the vehicle we were looking at fell through and Bailey had kept our information and reached out to see if we were still interested.
